Some skills are heavily lacking in nav/missles for a minny pilot. t3 skills are poor. cross trained to amarr is a negative, for me, but i really need a character haha sold all of mine to buy a big ugly one :)

I want a pilot that is focused in pvp combat using minny ships. I prefer not to get a character with multiple races trained, or excessive industry/marketing/science etc... My budget is slightly flexible for attractive offers, but around 10-11 bil.
